In connection with the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the territory of the Russian Federation, taking into account the current situation in the city of Penza and the Penza region, an increase in the number of cases, in order to prevent the disease and the spread of influenza and coronavirus infection (COVID- 19), on the basis of the order of the chairman of the court dated October 23, 2020 No. 16 Shemysheyskiy district court from October 26, 2020:
- suspends personal reception of citizens; submission of documents to the court, as well as petitions for the issuance of court documents, will be carried out electronically through the section `` Submission of procedural documents in electronic form '' the official website of the court, which is located on the Internet portal of the GAS `` Justice '' (www. sudrf. ru) in the information and telecommunication network `` Internet '', or by post;
- restricts access to courts of persons who are not participants in the proceedings in the cases under consideration.
In addition, the Shemysheysky District Court recalls compliance with the requirements provided for by the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation on the prevention of the spread of coronavirus infection, including the rules of social distancing and the use of personal protective equipment.

Article 34. Competence of the District Court
1. The District Court considers all criminal, civil and administrative cases as a court of first instance, with the exception of cases referred by federal laws to the jurisdiction of other courts.
