Territorial jurisdiction of the court

The territorial jurisdiction of the Zarechensky city court of the Penza region extends to the entire territory of the ZATO Zarechny.

Due to the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the Russian Federation, the Zarechensky City Court of the Penza Region:
- suspends personal acceptance of documents through the reception area of ​​the court, personal reception of citizens and restricts access to the court building for persons who are not participants in court proceedings until the abolition of the measures established by the resolution of the Governor of the Penza region dated 16.03.2020 No. 27 `` On the introduction of a high alert regime for the territory of the Penza region '' (with subsequent changes);
- the submission of all procedural documents, as well as applications for the issuance of court documents, is carried out electronically through the court's website, as well as through the mail of Russia.
In addition, in the Zarechensky city court of the Penza region there is a mandatory observance of sanitary and epidemiological rules and preventive measures by the visitors of the court:
- measurement of body temperature in a non-contact way at the entrance to the courthouse. Persons with a body temperature above 37 degrees or signs of a respiratory illness, as well as those who refuse to take temperature measurements, are not allowed into the courthouse;
- admission to the courthouse is carried out in the presence of a mask (respirator) and disposable gloves (participants in the process provide themselves with masks and gloves on their own);
- while in the courthouse, you should maintain a social distance (at least 1.5 meters).
