The leadership of the district court

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEREVOLOTSK DISTRICT COURT Krasilnikov Yury Alexandrovich. Yuri Alexandrovich was born on February 28, 1974 in the city of Sol-Iletsk, Orenburg region. In 1997 he graduated from the Orenburg Institute of the Moscow State Law Academy. He began his work in the legal profession on January 16, 1995, when he was appointed to the post of investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of the Sol-Iletsk District. Periods of work: from 16. 01. 95. to 01. 06. 98. - Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of the Sol-Iletsk region; from 01. 06. 98. to 01. 07. 02. - assistant prosecutor of the Sol-Iletsk region; from 01.07.02 to 05.05.08 - Deputy Prosecutor of the Sol-Iletsk District. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated April 23, 2008 No. 552, he was appointed a judge of the Kvarkensky District Court of the Orenburg Region for a three-year term of office, in connection with which 05.05.08 was dismissed from the prosecutor's office. At the time of dismissal, he had a class rank of counselor of justice. By order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated May 21, 2010 No. 131/kd, he was assigned the temporary performance of the duties of the chairman of the Kvarkensky District Court of the Orenburg Region for a period from May 21, 2010 to May 21, 2011. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2011 No. 467, he was appointed to the position of a judge of the Kvarkensky District Court of the Orenburg Region without limiting the term of office. By order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated June 21, 2011 No. 508/kd, he was assigned the temporary performance of the duties of the chairman of the Kvarkensky District Court of the Orenburg Region until June 21, 2012. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 74 of January 17, 2012, Yuri Aleksandrovich was appointed chairman of the Kvarkensky District Court of the Orenburg Region for a 6-year term of office, until January 17, 2018. By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 25, 2014 No. 681, he was appointed Chairman of the Perevolotsk District Court for a 6-year term of office. By order of the chairman of the Orenburg regional court of October 22, 2020 No. 289/0, Yu.A. Krasilnikov was assigned the temporary performance of the duties of the chairman of the Perevolotsk district court of the Orenburg region from October 26, 2020 until the appointment of the chairman of the Perevolotsk district court of the Orenburg region. By Decree No. 90 of the President of the Russian Federation dated February 15, 2021, he was appointed Chairman of the Perevolotsk District Court of the Orenburg Region for a 6-year term of office. He has no academic degrees and titles.
