Territorial jurisdiction

The jurisdiction of the Kvarkensky District Court extends to the territory of the entire Kvarkensky District and its constituent municipalities, created in accordance with Law of the Orenburg region of March 9, 2005 N 1900/342-III-OZ "On municipalities within the municipal formation Kvarkensky district of the Orenburg region" (adopted by the Legislative Assembly of the Orenburg region on February 16, 2005) (with amendments and additions):

The reception is located on the first floor of the Kvarkensky District Court at the address: s. Kvarkeno, st. Lenin, 17 in office number 13.

Reception of citizens is carried out by the assistant to the chairman of the court Lysikova Irina Anatolyevna.

The "one window" reception room was created in pursuance of the plan "On combating corruption in the judicial system of the Orenburg region". This document was approved on October 17, 2008 by the Council of Judges of the Orenburg Region.

The goals of the reception are to ensure justice, provide information services to citizens, improve the efficiency of work with appeals, applications and complaints, as well as exclude the practice of personal reception by judges of citizens before considering cases in court proceedings.

After the receipt of applications and claims, they are distributed by the chairman of the court among the judges.

Chairman of the Kvarkensky District Court Tarasenko Andrey Grigorievich receives citizens on non-procedural issues every second and fourth Fridays of the month from 9:00 to 12:00.

District Court Leadership

Andrey Grigorievich Tarasenko was born on October 17, 1966 in ... Pervomayskoye Sol-Iletsk district.

In February 2002, he graduated from the Orenburg Institute of the Moscow State Law Academy.

He began his work in the legal profession on 29.05.01. in the position of an assistant magistrate of the judicial section No. 1 of the Sol-Iletsk region in which he worked on 02.12.09.

By decree President of the Russian Federation from 02. 12. 09. No. 1374 appointed to the position of a judge of the Kvarkensky district court without limiting the term of office.

09. 12. 09. By order of the head of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in the Orenburg region No. 1179-LS was included in the staff of the Kvarkensky district court, in which he continues to work.

By the decision of the Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Orenburg Region dated 18.06.10, he was awarded the 5th qualification class.

In April - May 2010, he improved his qualifications at the Orenburg Regional Court.

By the decision of the Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Orenburg region from 29.06.12. Judge Tarasenko A.G. was assigned the fourth qualification class.

By the decision of the Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Orenburg Region dated 25.01.13 in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation dated June 26, 1992 No. 3132-I "On the Status of Judges in the Russian Federation", Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 25 December 2012 No. 269-FZ "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of improving the system of remuneration of judges of the Russian Federation", 01. 01. 13. Tarasenko A. G. was awarded the seventh qualification class.

Has no academic degrees and titles.

In the period from 30.09.2012 to 13.10.2012, as well as from 20.10.2013. on 02. 11. 2013 trained in the Orenburg Regional Court.

By the decision of the Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Orenburg Region dated 19.09.14 he was awarded the next sixth qualification class.

By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 05.21.2015 No. 253, he was appointed chairman of the Kvarkensky District Court for a 6-year term of office.

From 01.08.2016 to 12.08.2016 he was an intern at the Orenburg Regional Court.

By the decision of the Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Orenburg Region dated 20.10.2017. A. G. Tarasenko was awarded the fifth qualification class.

In the period from 02.10.2017 - 06.10.2017 studied at the Russian State University of Justice.

From 11.03.2019 to 22.03.2019 trained at the Orenburg Regional Court.
