The leadership of the district court
Chairman of the Buzuluk district court Roslyakov Evgeny Alexandrovich, born on May 16, 1974. Higher legal education, in 2001 he graduated by correspondence from the Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in jurisprudence, has the qualification of a lawyer. In May 1999, he was appointed an investigator of the Sharlyk District Department of Internal Affairs of the Orenburg Region. From November 2000 to June 2002, he was a senior investigator of the SO at the Sharlyk District Department of Internal Affairs of the Orenburg Region. From June 2002 to November 2008 he worked as a leading legal adviser in the legal sector of Sharlyk branch No. 4236 of Sberbank of Russia. Since November 2008, he worked as an assistant judge of the Sharlyk District Court of the Orenburg Region. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 794 of 28. 06. 2010, he was appointed a judge of the Sharlyk District Court of the Orenburg Region. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 135 of 16. 03. 2015, he was appointed to the post of Chairman of the Sharlyk District Court of the Orenburg Region for a six-year term of office. Based on the decision of the qualification board of judges of the Orenburg region dated 15.04.2016, the fifth qualification class was awarded. By the decision of the qualification board of judges of the Orenburg region from 19.04.2019, he was left in the same class. By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 279 of 22.04.2020, he was appointed chairman of the Buzuluk District Court of the Orenburg Region for a six-year term of office.
Deputy Chairman of the Buzuluk District Court of the Orenburg Region Safronova Elena Nikolaevna, born on September 7, 1960, Higher legal education, in 1984 graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Law Institute, Orenburg Faculty, majoring in jurisprudence. By the decision of the qualification collegium of judges of the Orenburg region of 15. 11. 2002 she was awarded the sixth qualification class. She has been working in the legal profession since 1983. She worked as a legal adviser from 1983 to 1992: Buzuluk garment factory; Heavy Engineering Plant named after Kuibyshev; Buzuluk city industrial complex. On November 18, 1992, she was elected to the position of a judge of the Buzuluk city court on the basis of the Decision of the Orenburg Regional Council of People's Deputies. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 181 of 17.02.2009, she was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Buzuluk City Court. In connection with the abolition of the Buzuluk city court, by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 791 dated June 28, 2010, she was appointed deputy chairman of the Buzuluk district court. In 2004, she improved her qualifications at the Russian Academy of Justice in the course of training "Judge in civil procedure" and "Actual problems of the application of modern Russian legislation." In 2008 and 2009, she improved her qualifications at the Orenburg Regional Court.
