RECEPTION OF CITIZENS

The right to go to court is realized by filing a statement of claim. The statement of claim is submitted to the court in writing in compliance with the requirements provided for in Art. Art. 131-132 Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation.

The order of admission: without prior appointment in the order of priority of requests. People with disabilities, participants in the Second World War and categories of citizens equated to them are accepted out of turn.
