Reception of citizens is carried out in the presence of documents proving the identity of the person, a statement of claim (cassation, appeal, submissions, private complaints to court rulings, as well as objections to cassation, appeals and submissions) with the attachment of the necessary documents, receipts for payment of the state fee.
