In the Smirnykhovsky District Court of the Sakhalin Region, a software and hardware complex for technical fixation IS Mechanics SRS Femida was put into operation - this is a basic component in equipping meeting rooms with modern means that automate the work of courts. The subsystem greatly simplifies the work of secretaries in general and allows you to completely abandon the use of pen and paper for drawing up the minutes of court sessions. The purpose of introducing the IS Mechanics SRS Femida subsystem of sound, video and court proceedings is to increase the efficiency of the courts, as well as to exercise the rights of citizens and legal entities to judicial and legal information in accordance with the federal target program "Development of the Russian judicial system". At the moment, there are two courtrooms, one of which is equipped with software and hardware complexes for audio-video recording, the second - audio recording.

During the trial, the witness is in a separate equipped room, into which the image and sound from the courtroom are transmitted.
