The powers of the court

Neryungri city court of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia), within its competence, considers criminal, civil cases, materials on administrative offenses as a court of first and second instance, as well as materials at the request of convicts serving sentences in correctional colonies, is a directly higher court in relation to magistrates, operating in the territory of the respective urban districts.
