The powers of the court
The Verkhnevilyuysky District Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) considers criminal, civil, administrative cases within its competence, cases of administrative offenses as a court of first and second instance, as well as materials in criminal, civil and administrative court proceedings, is a directly higher court in relation to a justice of the peace operating in the territory of the Verkhnevilyuysky district.
