Territorial jurisdiction.
The jurisdiction of the Kuril Garrison Military Court extends to military garrisons, troops, military formations and bodies in which military service is provided for by federal law, stationed in the North Kuril, Kuril and South Kuril regions of the Sakhalin Region.

Acceptance of applications:
On a daily basis during working hours at the following address: item Goryachiye Klyuchi, room. No. 12. The reception is conducted by the assistant to the chairman of the military court.
Reception of citizens is carried out without prior appointment in order of priority. Out-of-town visitors are accepted out of turn. At the reception, the visitor is obliged to present an identity document, indicate the address of the permanent place of residence, place of work (service) or study, position. Reception of citizens on issues not related to the filing of applications, lawsuits, complaints considered in civil, criminal proceedings is carried out by:
