Territorial jurisdiction
According to Art. 1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ “On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts”, the jurisdiction of the Saratov Garrison Military Court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed on the territory of the Saratov Region.
