Federal Law No. 182-FZ of July 23, 2010 “On the Abolition of Certain Garrison Military Courts” abolished the Kirov Garrison Military Court from August 27, 2011. Issues related to its jurisdiction are transferred to the jurisdiction of the Perm Garrison Military Court.
In the city of Kirov, a separate judicial composition of the Perm garrison military court was created.

By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 377 of June 8, 2020, Nikita Ilyich Trifonov was appointed a judge of the Perm Garrison Military Court.
By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 540 dated November 4, 2019, Sergey Ivanovich Drygal was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Perm Garrison Military Court.
By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2019 No. 286, Malmygin Dmitry Vladimirovich was appointed Chairman of the Perm Garrison Military Court.
