Territorial jurisdiction
In accordance with the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ "On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts" jurisdiction The Penza Garrison Military Court applies to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed on the territories of the following administrative-territorial units of the Russian Federation: - Republic of Mordovia; - Penza region.

Reception of the Penza Garrison Military Court
Reception of citizens with written appeals, administrative statements of claim, statements of claim and complaints against court decisions is carried out daily during working hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 13. 45 minutes in the courtroom without an appointment in the order of priority by the assistant to the chairman of the court Alexandra Vladimirovna Pogozheva. Upon admission, a citizen presents an identity document.
Personal reception of citizens by the chairman of the Penza Garrison Military Court on issues that are not subject to consideration in the manner prescribed by the criminal procedural, civil procedural legislation, the CAS RF and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the RF, is carried out in the following order:
