- cases of all crimes committed by military personnel and citizens undergoing military training, cases of crimes committed by citizens (foreign citizens) in the period e of their military service, military training, as well as cases referred to the competence of military courts by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation;
- cases of administrative offenses committed by military personnel, citizens undergoing military training;
