ABOUT TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION
The jurisdiction of the Kaluga Garrison Military Court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies stationed on the territory of the Kaluga region.

Court and court office hours

Due to a significant increase in detected cases of the disease coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and the need to strictly comply with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, the Kaluga Garrison Military Court maintains the following opening hours:
1. Only participants in legal proceedings have access to the building of the military court;
2. Access to the building of the military court is carried out in the presence of personal respiratory protection equipment (masks, respirators), as well as after measuring body temperature with a special device. Persons without personal respiratory protective equipment, as well as those with fever or other signs of respiratory diseases are not allowed into the courthouse;
3. When in the building and on the territory of the military court, citizens must keep a distance of at least 1.5 m (social distance).
Personal reception of citizens is temporarily suspended. Information on the progress and results of the consideration of cases is provided by telephone or on the official website of the Kaluga Garrison Military Court in the "Courtwork" section.
Procedural and non-procedural applications and complaints are submitted by mail, facsimile or electronically using the services of the web page of the Kaluga Garrison Military Court. Copies of court decisions and other documents are sent by the Kaluga Garrison Military Court by post.
