Territorial jurisdiction of the Ulan-Ude Garrison Military Court
Article 1 of Federal Law No. 466-FZ of 29.12.2020 "On Territorial Jurisdiction" garrison military courts":
In accordance with Article 22 of the Federal Constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 N 1-FKZ "On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation", Articles 1 and 21 of the Federal Constitutional Law of June 23, 1999 N 1-FKZ " On the military courts of the Russian Federation" to establish that the jurisdiction of garrison military courts extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed on the territories of the following administrative-territorial units of the Russian Federation:
- Ulan-Ude garrison military court - in the territories of the cities of Ulan-Ude and Severobaikalsk, Barguzinsky, Bauntovsky, Zaigraevsky, Ivolginsky, Kabansky, Kizhinginsky, Kurumkansky, Muysky, Okinsky o, Pribaikalsky, Severo-Baikalsky, Tarbagataisky, Tunkinsky and Khorinsky regions of the Republic of Buryatia;

Beginning of the working day - 8-45
Lunch break - 13-00 - 14-00
End of the working day - 18-00
End of the working day on Friday - 16-45
The duration of the working day immediately preceding the non-working holiday is reduced by one hour.
