Territorial jurisdiction of the Kazan Garrison Military Court
In accordance with Art. 1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ “On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts”, the jurisdiction of the Kazan Garrison Military Court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories the following administrative-territorial units of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Mari El, the Republic of Tatarstan (Tatarstan) and the Chuvash Republic - Chuvashia.

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Lunch break : from 12.00 to 12.45
Saturday, Sunday: days off
The duration of the working day immediately preceding the non-working holiday is reduced by one hour. Reception of citizens is carried out in the reception of the Kazan Garrison Military Court daily during the entire working time of the court. On Mondays from 15.00 to 16.30, the leadership of the Kazan Garrison Military Court provides a personal reception of citizens on the organization of the activities of the court, complaints about the actions (inaction) of judges or employees of the court apparatus, not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeals against judicial acts and procedural actions of judges.
