Territorial jurisdiction
According to Art. 1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 N 466-FZ "On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts" the jurisdiction of the Yekaterinburg Garrison Military Court currently extends to the territories of: the cities of Asbest, Berezovsky, Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Yekaterinburg, Zarechny, Irbit, Kamensk-Uralsky , Krasnoufimsk, Pervouralsk, Polevskoy, Revda, Sukholozhsky, Tavdinsky, Talitsky, Shalinsky, Artemovsky, Artinsky, Achitsky, Baikalovsky, Beloyarsky, Bogdanovichsky, Irbitsky, Kamensky, Krasnoufimsky, Nizhneserginsky, Pyshminsky, Slobodo-Turinsky Sysertsky, Tugulymsky districts, as well as: closed administrative-territorial formation Uralsky settlement of Sverdlovsk region, Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
