The jurisdiction of the garrison military court
In accordance with the Federal Law "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts" of December 26, 2020 No. 466 -FZ, the territorial jurisdiction of the Grozny garrison military court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies stationed on the territory of the Chechen Republic.
