Territorial jurisdiction
In accordance with Article 22 of the Federal Constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 No. 1-FKZ "On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation" , Articles 1 and 21 of the Federal Constitutional Law of June 23, 1999 No. 1-FKZ "On Military Courts of the Russian Federation" established that the jurisdiction of the Gadzhievsky garrison military court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies stationed in the territories of the closed administrative-territorial formation of the village of Vidyaevo, the city of Gadzhiyevo, which is part of the closed administrative-territorial formation of Aleksandrovsk, the Kola district of the Murmansk region.
