Territorial jurisdiction
According to Art. 1 of the Federal Law "On military courts", military courts are created on the basis of the territorial principle at the place of deployment of military units and institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies.
The Voronezh Garrison Military Court is located in the city of Voronezh and serves the Voronezh garrison located on the territory of the Voronezh region.
