Civil cases

Criminal cases
- about all crimes committed by military personnel and citizens undergoing military training, cases of crimes committed by citizens (foreign citizens) during their military service, military training, as well as cases within the competence of the military courts of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (provided that the crime was committed or completed on the territory of the Vologda Oblast, and also subject to the completion of the preliminary investigation at the location of the military court)
Case of administrative offenses
- all cases, committed on the territory of the Vologda Oblast by military personnel, citizens undergoing military training, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses
- all petitions of the command of military units stationed on the territory of the Vologda Oblast
Complaints against the use by the person conducting the inquiry, the investigator or the prosecutor of the detention of a serviceman as a measure of restraint, as well as the extension by the indicated persons of the terms of detention of servicemen

A copy of the payment document, according to which funds were deposited to the deposit account of the Office, is submitted by the payer to the court for inclusion in the case file.
2. The procedure for transferring funds from a deposit account other participants in legal proceedings or authorized persons at the expense of funds received at the temporary disposal of the Office, or on the return of funds to the payer.
Payment (refund) of funds is carried out by the financial and economic department of the Office to the current personal (settlement) account of the recipient upon his application with a copy of the passport and bank details.
Unclaimed funds, for which the recipient did not apply, are debited from the personal account after three years from the date of entry into force of the judicial act, which resolved the case on the merits, with their subsequent transfer to the federal budget.
