Territorial jurisdiction of the Ussuriysk garrison military court
Based on Federal Law No. 466-FZ of December 29, 2020 "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts ", in accordance with Art. 22 FKZ dated December 31, 1996 No. 1-FKZ "On the judicial system of the Russian Federation", Art. 1 and 21 of the Federal Law of June 23, 1999 "On military courts of the Russian Federation" it is established that the jurisdiction of garrison military courts extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed on the territory of the following administrative territorial units of the Russian Federation: subordination of Ussuriysk, Mikhailovsky, Oktyabrsky, Pogranichny, Khankaysky and Khorolsky administrative regions of Primorsky Krai.
