Jurisdiction of the Court
Stavropol Garrison Military Court, being a court of first instance, in accordance with Art. 1 of the Federal Law "On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts" carries out its activities in the territories of the cities of Nevinnomyssk and Stavropol, Alexandrovsky, Andropovsky, Apanasenkovsky, Grachevsky, Izobilnensky, Ipatovsky, Kochubeevsky, Krasnogvardeysky, Novoaleksandrovsky, Petrovsky, Trunovsky, Turkmensky and Shpakovsky districts of the Stavropol Territory, Gorodovikovskiy, Priyutnenskiy and Yashaltinsky districts of the Republic of Kalmykia.
The rest of the municipal districts and settlements of the Stavropol Territory are included in the corresponding territorial sphere of activity of the Budyonnovsky and Pyatigorsk garrison military courts.
