Activity Jurisdiction
In accordance with Federal Law No. 466-FZ of December 29, 2020, the jurisdiction of the Pyatigorsk Garrison Military Court extends to the territory where military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops and bodies stationed in the territories of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and the cities of Georgievsk are located , Essentuki, Zheleznovodsk, Kislovodsk, Lermontov, Mineralnye Vody and Pyatigorsk, Georgievsky, Kirovsky, Kursk, Mineralovodsky, Predgorny, Sovetsky and Stepnovsky districts of the Stavropol Territory.

Court Reception
Reception of citizens is carried out without prior appointment in the order of priority, during the working day (office No. 1. 5). Upon admission, a citizen presents an identity document, informs the address of the permanent place of residence, place of work (service) or study, position and sets out the essence of the appeal.
It is excluded that an employee of the receptionist can conduct legal consultations (dealing with issues related to the assessment of evidence, etc.).
