Territorial jurisdiction of the Svobodnensky Garrison Military Court
According to Art. 1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 N 466-FZ "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts" the jurisdiction of the Svobodnensky garrison military court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories of the following administrative - territorial units of the Russian Federation: the cities of Zeya, Svobodny, Tynda, Shimanovsk, the closed administrative-territorial formation of Tsiolkovsky, Zeysky, Magdagachinsky, Mazanovsky, Svobodnensky, Selemdzhinsky, Skovorodinsky, Tyndinsky, Shimanovsky districts of the Amur region.
