Territorial jurisdiction of the court
The jurisdiction of the Blagoveshchensk Garrison Military Court extends to military garrisons, troops, military formations and bodies in which federal law provides for military service stationed on the territory of the following administrative-territorial formations of the Amur Region: the cities of Blagoveshchensk, Raychikhinsk, Arkharinskiy, Blagoveshchenskiy, Bureyskiy, Zavitinsky, Ivanovsky, Konstantinovsky, Mikhailovsky, Tambovskiy districts of the Amur Region, taking into account Section 9 of Chapter 21 "Administrative-territorial structure of the region" Charter of the Amur Region dated December 13, 1995 No. 40-OZ.
From January 1, 2021, the jurisdiction of the Blagoveshchensk Garrison Military Court does not extend to the territory of the Oktyabrsky District of the Amur Region (Federal Law “On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts” dated December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ).
