Territorial jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of the Anadyr Garrison Military Court extends to military units and institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for emergency situations, bodies of the federal security service of the Russian Federation and border authorities of the FSB of the Russian Federation, as well as other military formations and bodies in which military service is provided for by federal law, deployed on the territory of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and the Magadan Region.
