Territorial jurisdiction
In accordance with paragraph 19 of Art. 1 of the Federal Law "On the creation, abolition of certain military courts and the formation of permanent judicial presences in the composition of some military courts" No. 403-FZ of November 12, 2018 in connection with the abolition of 61 garrison military courts, the jurisdiction of the Omsk garrison military court extends to the territories where military garrisons, troops, military formations and bodies in which military service is provided for by federal law, stationed in the Omsk region, and territories at the location of military units and organizations that were previously under the jurisdiction of 61 garrison military courts, namely:
- criminal cases against military personnel serving in the formations, formations, military units and organizations of the Strategic Missile Forces, 12 Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Space Forces, Troops of the Defense Forces and Missile Defense and the FSO of Russia stationed on the territory of the Siberian Federal District, with the exception of Irkutsk region and the Trans-Baikal Territory;
- administrative cases on the protection of violated and (or) contested rights of military personnel of the Strategic Missile Forces, 12 Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Space Forces, Armed Forces and Missile Defense Forces, FSO of the Russian Federation in accordance with Parts 3, 4 of Art. 24 of the CAS of the Russian Federation are subject to consideration by those military courts to which, of their choice, the indicated military personnel applied on the basis of the above norm of procedural law;
- cases on the involvement of military personnel of the Strategic Missile Forces, liability for administrative offenses in accordance with Art. 29. 5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation is subject to jurisdiction, as a general rule, by any garrison military court at the place where administrative offenses were committed. The garrison military courts, subordinated to the 3rd district military court, also have the authority to consider these cases in relation to other military personnel, provided that they commit administrative offenses at the location of these courts.

Composition of the Omsk garrison military court
Chairman of the court - Denisov Leonid Lvovich. Denisov Leonid Lvovich was born on April 27, 1964 in the working settlement of Pospelikha, Pospelikha district, Altai Territory. In 1985 he graduated from the Omsk Higher Combined Arms Command School named after I.I. M. V. Frunze. In the period from 1985 to 1995 he served in the military in various positions. Member of the fighting in Afghanistan. In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Military Academy of Economics, Finance and Law of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Deputy Chairman - Alexander Krasikov. Krasikov Alexander Alexandrovich was born on October 24, 1978 in the city of Novosibirsk. In 2000 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Tomsk State University. Judge - Andrey Tekushan. Tekushan Andrey Alexandrovich was born in 1980 in the Tauride district of the Omsk region. In 2002 he graduated from the Omsk Law Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence. In the period from 2002 to 2008 he did military service in various positions, which he completed as assistant commander of a military unit for legal work, has a military rank - captain of justice in the reserve. From 2008 to 2009, he served in the civil service in the Central District Court of Omsk as an assistant to the chairman and head of the department.
