Distribution of territorial jurisdiction between garrison military courts in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region
Article 1 of the Federal Law of 29. 12. 2020 N 466-FZ "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts" establishes that the jurisdiction of garrison military courts extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories of the following administrative-territorial units of the Russian Federation Federation:
