Territorial jurisdiction
In accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts "The territorial jurisdiction of the Moscow Garrison Military Court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories of the Northern, North-Eastern, Eastern, South-Eastern and Southern administrative districts of the city of Moscow, the Arbat districts, Basmanny, Krasnoselsky, Meshchansky and Presnensky of the Central Administrative District of Moscow.
Court opening hours
Monday-Thursday: from 9.00 to 18.00
Friday: from 9.00 to 16.45
Lunch break: from 12.00 to 18.00 00.00 to 12.45
weekends: Saturday, Sunday Reception of citizens by employees of departments for ensuring legal proceedings in criminal and civil cases is carried out daily on working days from 10.00 to 17.00, on Friday - up to 15 hours 45 minutes.
Personal reception
Personal reception of citizens and representatives of organizations is held on issues of organizing and ensuring the activities of the Moscow Garrison Military Court, as well as complaints about the actions of judges not related to the consideration of specific cases, appealing judicial acts and procedural actions of judges.
The organization of the personal reception of citizens and representatives of organizations in the Moscow Garrison Military Court is entrusted to the assistant to the chairman of the court.
A personal reception is conducted by the chairman of the Moscow Garrison Military Court and his deputies.
At a personal reception, a citizen or a representative of an organization presents an identity document, the representative also presents a document confirming his authority.
