2) considers materials on the study and generalization of judicial practice and analysis of judicial statistics;
3) considers issues of the work of the court apparatus;
4) exercises other powers in accordance with federal laws.

1. The court of cassation, in accordance with the jurisdiction established by federal laws, considers cases as a court of cassation on complaints and representations of judicial acts of garrison military courts, district (naval) military courts and a military court of appeal, as well as cases of new or newly to circumstances that have arisen and exercises other powers in accordance with federal laws.
2. In accordance with the procedure established by federal law, the military court of cassation, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 125 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, applies to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with a request on the constitutionality of the law to be applied in a particular case.
