by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 31, 2017 No. 246 “On the appointment of judges of the federal courts and on the representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the qualification collegiums of judges of the Russian Federation Federation ”Khamitsevich Alexander Konstantinovich was appointed Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic for a 6-year term of office.

The qualification class of a judge is the first (decision of the Higher Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Russian Federation, 18. 06. 2013).

by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 03. 06. 1996 N 804 "On approval of the composition of the presidiums of the Supreme Court Of the Komi Republic and the Murmansk Regional Court and the appointment of members of the presidiums of the courts "the composition of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic is approved in the amount of 7 people.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 26 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 07. 02. 2011 N 1-FKZ “On Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Russian Federation” the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic ex officio includes:

- Khamitsevich Alexander Konstantinovich - President of the court (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 31. 05. 2017 N 246);

- Shevelev Andrey Stanislavovich - deputy chairman of the court (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 23. 10. 2017 N 506);

- Yudin Andrey Vladimirovich - Deputy Chairman of the Court (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 13. 11. 2014 N 719);

- Shadlov Alexander Anatolyevich - Chairman of the Court (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 30. 12. 2018 N 776);

By Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of 07. 07. 2015 N 33 "On approval in accordance with paragraph 9 of part 3 of Article 5 of the Federal of the constitutional law of February 5, 2014 N 3-FKZ "On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation" of the personnel of the presidiums of the courts, Ekaterina Leonidovna Teplyakova was approved as a member of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic.

By the decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated 10. 12. 2019 N 57 "On approval in accordance with paragraph 9 of part 3 of article 5 of the Federal constitutional law of February 5, 2014 N 3-FKZ" On the Supreme court of the Russian Federation "Personnel of the Presidiums of the Courts" Vladimir Vladimirovich Maklakov was approved as a member of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic.
