In accordance with the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts" jurisdiction The Kyakhtinsky garrison military court extends to the territories of the Bichursky, Dzhidinsky, Zakamensky, Kyakhtinsky, Mukhorshibirsky and Selenginsky regions of the Republic of Buryatia.
