Territorial jurisdiction
According to Art. 1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ "On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts", which entered into force on January 1, 2021, the jurisdiction of the Polyarninsky Garrison Military Court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies stationed on the territory of the closed administrative-territorial formation of Aleksandrovsk (with the exception of the territory of the city of Gadzhiyevo) of the Murmansk region.
