- on claims of military personnel against military units and formations (subject to the deployment of these military units and formations on the territory of the Komi Republic)
Criminal cases
- about all crimes cases committed by military personnel and citizens undergoing military training, cases of crimes committed by citizens (foreign citizens) during their military service, military training, as well as cases referred to the competence of military courts by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (provided that the crime was committed or completed on the territory of the Komi Republic, and also subject to the completion of the preliminary investigation at the location of the military court)
Cases on administrative offenses
- all cases committed on the territory of the Komi Republic by military personnel, citizens undergoing military fees, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation
Case on consideration of petitions of the command of military units on gross disciplinary offenses committed by military personnel, for which a disciplinary arrest may be imposed.
- all petitions of the command of military units stationed on the territory of the Republic of Komi
Complaints against the use by the person conducting the inquiry, the investigator or the prosecutor of the detention of a serviceman as a measure of restraint, as well as the extension by the indicated persons of the terms of detention of servicemen in custody
- all complaints and petitions on cases pending in the proceedings of the preliminary investigation bodies, carried out on the territory of the Republic of Komi,
