Jurisdiction of the Volgograd Garrison Military Court
In accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ, the jurisdiction of the Volgograd Garrison Military Court of the court extends to the territory where military garrisons, troops, military formations and bodies are located, in which military service is provided by federal law, stationed in the territories of the Volgograd region (with the exception of the territory of the closed administrative-territorial formation Znamensk), Ketchenerovsky, Maloderbetovsky, Oktyabrsky and Sarpinsky districts Republic of Kalmykia.
Military units and institutions of the Southern Military District, troops of the National Guard of Russia, the Frontier Directorate of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Volgograd Region, as well as other troops, military formations and bodies in which military service is provided for by federal law are deployed on this territory.
