Territorial jurisdiction
Based on the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts" the jurisdiction of the Spassk-Dalny garrison military court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories of the cities of regional subordination of Arsenyev, Dalnegorsk, Dalnerechensk, Lesozavodsk and Spassk-Dalny, Anuchinsky, Dalnerechensky, Kavalerovsky, Kirovsky, Krasnoarmeisky, Pozharsky, Spassky, Terneisky, Chernigov, Chuguevsky and Yakovlevsky administrative districts of Primorsky Krai.
