Territorial jurisdiction
The Severodvinsk garrison military court administers justice on the territory of the Severodvinsk garrison. It is in charge of the military units of the White Sea Naval Base, an anti-aircraft missile regiment, a test center of the 21st state sea range of the RF Ministry of Defense, a military representation of the RF Ministry of Defense 1059, and the Central Range of the RF Ministry of Defense.
The jurisdiction of the Severodvinsk garrison military court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, military formations and bodies stationed in the cities of regional significance - Severodvinsk, Novodvinsk, Onega, as well as the Onega district of the Arkhangelsk region.

Composition of the court
Chairman of the court Alexander Yurievich Zagorsky. Appointed by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 6, 2019 No. 584 "On the Appointment of Judges of Federal Courts" to the post of Chairman of the Severodvinsk Garrison Military Court for a 6-year term of office. He is a judge of the 5th qualification class.
Judge Raevsky Artem Sergeevich. Appointed as a judge of the Severodvinsk Garrison Military Court by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 725 dated June 14, 2010 "On the Appointment of Judges of Military Courts" for an unlimited term of office. Rayevsky A. S. started to perform the duties of a judge on July 5, 2010. He is a judge of the 5th qualification class.
Judge Feoktistov Maxim Viktorovich. Appointed as a judge of the Severodvinsk garrison military court by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1618 of December 13, 2011 "On the appointment of judges of military courts" for an unlimited term of office. Feoktistov M. V. assumed the duties of a judge on December 21, 2011. He is a judge of the 5th qualification class.
Judge Maksimenko Pavel Vladimirovich. Appointed as a judge of the Severodvinsk garrison military court by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 279 of April 22, 2020 "On the appointment of judges of military courts" without limitation of the term of office. Maksimenko P. V. assumed the duties of a judge on May 19, 2020. He is a judge of the 7th qualification class.
