Territorial jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of the Arkhangelsk Garrison Military Court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies, stationed in the territories: the cities of regional significance Arkhangelsk, the cities of Koryazhma and Kotlas, the island territories of Franz Josef and Victoria Land, Velsky, Verkhnetoemsky, Vilegodsky, Vinogradovsky, Kotlassky, Krasnoborsky, Lensky, Leshukonsky, Mezensky, Novaya Zemlya, Pinezhsky, Primorsky, Solovetsky, Ustyansky, Kholmogorsky, Shenkursky districts of the Arkhangelsk region and the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

Chairman Tkachenko Igor Alekseevich. Appointed by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 776 dated December 30, 2018 for a 6-year term of office, judge of the fifth qualification class.
