TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION
The jurisdiction of the 224 garrison military court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies, deployed in the territories of the Sosnovoborsky urban district, Vsevolozhsky, Volosovsky, Volkhovsky, Kingiseppsky, Kirovsky, Lomonosovsky and Slantsevsky municipal districts of the Leningrad Region, Petrodvortsovoy, Kronstadtsky and Kurortny districts, Admiralteysky district and Ekateringofsky Admiralteysky district municipal districts, Gavan municipal district of Vasileostrovsky district, Avtovo municipal district Kirovsky district, Malaya Okhta municipal district, Krasnogvardeisky district, Petrogradsky and Primorsky districts of the city of St. Petersburg.

WORKING SCHEDULE 224 Garrison Military Court
224 Garrison Military Court operates according to the following daily schedule:
Monday-Thursday - from 9:00 to 18:00
Friday - from 9:00 to 16:45
Pre-holiday days - from 9:00 to 17:00
Lunch break - from 13:00 to 13:45
Saturday and Sunday - days off
Chairman of the Court has the right to postpone the time of the beginning (end) of the working day for individual judges and court employees in agreement with them.

SCHEDULE OF ACQUAINTANCE WITH JUDICIAL CASES
Reception of citizens is carried out during working hours by the head of the general department, secretaries of the court and assistant judges in accordance with the Regulations on the reception of the court and the Regulations for the organization of its activities .
The following times are set for the trial participants to familiarize themselves with the cases:
Monday - from 10:30 to 13:00
Wednesday - from 10:00 to 13:00
Thursday - from 15:00 to 17:00
In agreement with the presiding judge on the case, familiarization with the case materials may be held at another time.

Reception of citizens by the chairman of the court and his deputies
Personal reception of citizens on issues not subject to consideration in the manner prescribed by procedural legislation is carried out by:
Chairman of the court - from 10 :00 to 12:00 on the last working Friday of each month;
Deputy chairmen of the court Chernyshov A. V. and Filippov A. A. - from 10:00 to 12:00 on the first and second working Fridays of each month, respectively.
Visitors are allowed to court during business hours upon presentation of identification documents. POWERS OF THE 224th GARRISON MILITARY COURT
The 224th Garrison Military Court, within the limits established by the Federal Constitutional Law "On the Military Courts of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the Law), considers in the first instance those not covered by the federal constitutional law and (or) federal law to the jurisdiction of the Judicial Collegium for Military Personnel or the District (Navy) Military Court civil, administrative and criminal cases, as well as materials on the commission by military personnel, citizens undergoing military training, gross disciplinary offenses, for the commission of which disciplinary arrest.
The garrison military court considers cases on newly discovered circumstances in relation to decisions, sentences, rulings and resolutions adopted by it and entered into force.
The garrison military court decides on arrest, on taking into custody, keeping in custody, on restricting the rights to privacy of correspondence, telephone and other conversations, postal, telegraph and other communications, and to the inviolability of the home.
The garrison military court considers complaints against the actions (inaction) of the person conducting the inquiry, the investigator, the prosecutor and the decisions taken by them in the cases and in the manner established by the federal criminal procedure law.
