COVID-19
From May 12, 2020, visitors to the Arzgirsky District Court, including participants in legal proceedings, while staying in the building of the Arzgirsky District Court, must use personal respiratory protection equipment (masks, respirators ) and hands (gloves).
Persons who do not comply with these requirements will not be allowed into the building of the Arzgir District Court.
Statements of claim, applications (petitions) requiring a procedural decision, including applications (petitions) on specific cases, as well as cassation and appeals against court decisions by e-mail and through the "Citizens' Appeals" section are not accepted, since the current procedural legislation provides for a different procedure for filing such applications and complaints (Order of December 27, 2016 No. 251 On approval of the procedure for filing documents in federal courts of general jurisdiction in electronic form, including in the form of an electronic document).
In connection with the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (Covid-19) and its new strain “omicron” in the Russian Federation during the period of complication of the epidemiological situation, taking into account the increase in the number of cases of the disease, it is recommended to send procedural documents to the court:
- through postal service (Russian Post);
- using the personal account of the Electronic Justice service (ej. sudrf. ru) in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the "Procedure for filing documents in federal courts of general jurisdiction in electronic form, including in the form of an electronic document ”, approved by order of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 2016 No. 251;
