- fixing the fact of sending and delivering an SMS notification to a participant in legal proceedings.
SMS notification is carried out only with the consent of the persons participating in the case, their representatives, that is, on a voluntary basis. Consent, as well as the mobile phone number to which the SMS notification will be sent, is clarified when submitting a statement of claim (statement) through the court reception, at the first or subsequent appearance at the court session. On the consent to receive SMS notifications to the mobile phone number, the persons to be summoned to the court session are required to select a receipt, which is attached to the case file.

The Circassian City Court has introduced and uses a videoconferencing system.
Video-conferencing - a method of carrying out procedural actions provided for by law, using software and hardware for transmitting audio and video information via communication channels with one or more subscribers.
