SCHEDULE of reception of citizens and representatives of organizations in the Polyarnozorinsky district court of the Murmansk region
Citizens are received by employees of the court apparatus in the reception room, located on the 1st floor, throughout the working day every day (excluding holidays and weekends) from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.
Other divisions of the court do not receive citizens and representatives of organizations.
Reception of statements of claim (statements), appeals, cassation complaints and representations, documents on cases and materials in the proceedings of the court, written applications, inquiries, complaints of various nature, as well as the issuance of copies of court documents to citizens and representatives of legal entities, is carried out by employees of the court apparatus in accordance with the schedule approved by the chairman of the court.
Reception of citizens is carried out without prior registration in the order of priority. Citizens who have the benefits and advantages established by current legislation, as well as pregnant women and visitors with young children, are accepted out of turn.
Visitors are obliged to present at the reception an identity document, inform the address of the place of residence and briefly outline the essence of the appeal, or submit it in writing.

The schedule for the reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities on the organization of the court's activities, complaints about actions has been approved (inaction) of judges and magistrates or employees of the court apparatus and the court section of the Polyarnozorinsky judicial region, not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeals against judicial acts and procedural actions of judges, by the chairman (acting chairman) of the court:

In accordance with Article 34 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 07.02.2011 N 1-FKZ "On courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation "the district court considers:
1) all criminal, civil and administrative cases as a court of first instance, with the exception of cases referred by federal laws to the jurisdiction of other courts;
2) cases of administrative offenses in cases established by federal law.
