President of the Court DEDOV ALEXANDER LEONIDOVICH. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2019 No. 286, he was appointed chairman of the Podporozhsky City Court of the Leningrad Region. Alexander Leonidovich was born on September 21, 1964, studied at the Kiev Naval Political School, after which he served on ships of the Northern Fleet from 1985 to 1993. In the same period, he entered the law faculty of Gomel State University and after graduation in 1993 was seconded to the order of the Chief Military Prosecutor and appointed to the post of investigator of the prosecutor's office of the naval units of the Murmansk garrison. In the period from 1999 to 2007, he served in the prosecutor's offices of the Northern Fleet and the Leningrad Military District. In 2007, he retired from military service, worked as an assistant to a judge of the Leningrad District Military Court, then as an assistant to a judge in the Kalinin District Court of St. Petersburg. In November 2008, he was appointed a judge of the Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg. From December 2012 to June 2019 he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Vyborg Garrison Military Court.
