The territorial jurisdiction of the Novocheboksarsk city court is determined by the boundaries of the Novocheboksarsky urban district:
In the north, to the Novocheboksarsky urban district includes collective gardens on the left bank of the Kuibyshev reservoir, land plots of the Cheboksary hydroelectric power station with access to a clearing between quarters 52 and 53 of the Experimental forestry enterprise. Further, the border runs along the northern border of block 53 of the Experimental forestry enterprise.
The eastern border runs along the existing border of the sanitary protection zone of the open joint-stock company "Khimprom", then along the eastern border of the railway right-of-way, then along the section of the bypass road of the open joint-stock company "Nerudstrom" - CHPP-3.
The southern border runs along the border of the agricultural production cooperative "Atlashevsky", then along the river. Kukshum and r. Civil.
The western border runs along a clearing between quarters 53 and 54 of the Experimental forestry enterprise, then along the road to the dispensary of Stroytrest N 4, then along the northern border of the road to the Cheboksary hydroelectric power station to a traffic intersection, then from the southern strip of the Cheboksary - Novocheboksarsk highway and further along existing city limits.

is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 .
Lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00.
Weekends Saturday, Sunday. Reception of citizens (individuals), including representatives of organizations (legal entities), public associations, public authorities and local self-government bodies on the organization of court activities, with complaints about actions (inaction) of judges or employees of the court apparatus, not related to the consideration of specific cases, the appeal of judicial acts and procedural actions of judges is carried out:
