Grounds for empowering federal judges
By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 135 of March 16, 2015 "On the appointment of judges of federal courts, on the representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the qualification collegia of judges of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation" Sergei Nikolaevich Agafonov was appointed chairman of the Radishchevsky District Court for a six-year term of office.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 6, 2018 No. 695 "On the appointment of judges of federal courts" Kalmykova Valeria Vladimirovna was appointed judge of the Radishchevsky district court of the Ulyanovsk region.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 03, 2018 No. 467 "On the appointment of judges of federal courts and on the representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the qualification collegium of judges of the Perm Territory" appointed judge of the Radishchevsky District Court of the Ulyanovsk Region for a six-year term of office Mozhaeva Elena Nikolaevna.
Powers of the court
According to Article 21 of the Federal Constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 N1-FKZ "On the judicial system of the Russian Federation" 1. The district court, within the limits of its competence, considers cases as a court of first and second instance and exercises other powers provided for by federal constitutional law.
2. The District Court is the immediately higher judicial instance in relation to justices of the peace acting in the territory of the respective judicial district.
According to article 34 of the FKZ dated 07. 02. 2011 No. 1-FKZ "On courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation",
1. The District Court considers all criminal, civil and administrative cases as a court of first instance, with the exception of cases referred by federal laws to the jurisdiction of other courts.
2. In the cases established by federal law, the district court hears cases of administrative offenses.
3. On the basis of part 4 of Article 125 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, a district court has the right to appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with a request for the constitutionality of a law to be applied in a specific case.
4. The district court hears appeals, submissions against decisions of justices of the peace acting in the territory of the respective judicial region.
5. The district court, in accordance with federal law, considers cases on new or newly discovered circumstances.
Court notification of participants in proceedings by SMS
Radishchevsky District Court uses the form of notification of participants in proceedings (with their consent) about the time, date and the place of the next hearing by sending SMS messages.
A receipt for consent to receive SMS notifications is provided when filing a statement of claim (statement) in the reception office of the court, or directly at the court session to the secretary of the court session.
The persons in charge for finding out the consent (selection of the receipt) of the plaintiff to notify him of the date and time of the court session by means of SMS messages when he filed a statement of claim through the reception office of the court are the judges' assistants.
