In accordance with the Federal Law of February 19, 2018 No. 22-FZ "On the abolition of some district courts of the Republic of Mordovia and the formation of permanent judicial presences in some district courts of the Republic of Mordovia", the Atyuryevsky district court was abolished. On February 20, 2019, a permanent judicial presence in the village of Atyuryevo was formed as part of the Torbeevsky District Court.

Judges

Reception of citizens by federal judges is not carried out. Citizens are received by the assistant judge on duty in turn. Disabled people and veterans of the Great Patriotic War are admitted without a queue.
Personal reception of citizens by the assistant judge on duty has been suspended since 12.05.2020.

Evgeniy Sergeevich Neyaskin. Chairman of the Torbeevsky District Court of the Republic of Mordovia Evgeny Sergeevich Neyaskin, born in 1980, a native of the Atyurievsky District of the Republic of Mordovia. In 2002 he graduated from the law faculty of the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in jurisprudence. In the period from 1999 to 2007, he worked as an investigator in the Investigation Department at the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Atyuryevsky District of the Republic of Mordovia. Since July 17, 2007 - federal judge of the Zubovo-Polyansky District Court of the Republic of Mordovia. On August 23, 2010 by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1056 "On the appointment of judges of district courts", E. S. Article 34. Competence District Court
1. The District Court considers all criminal, civil and administrative cases as a court of first instance, with the exception of cases referred by federal laws to the jurisdiction of other courts.
2. In the cases established by federal law, the district court hears cases of administrative offenses.
3. On the basis of Part 4 of Article 125 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, a district court has the right to apply to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with a request for the constitutionality of a law to be applied in a specific case.
4. The district court hears appeals, submissions against decisions of justices of the peace, acting in the territory of the respective judicial region.
5. The district court, in accordance with federal law, considers cases on new or newly discovered circumstances.

The Torbeevskiy District Court organized notification of participants in legal proceedings via SMS (Order No. 11 dated January 21, 2014 G. ). The secretaries of the court session and the assistant judges were appointed responsible for notifying the participants in the trial via SMS.
