SCHEDULE of the reception office in the Salavat City Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan

1. Reception of citizens (individuals), representatives of organizations (legal entities), public associations, state authorities and local governments (hereinafter referred to as the reception of citizens) is carried out daily throughout the working day from 08-30 to 17-30 (except weekends and holidays ) in office # 13.
2. Lunch break - from 13-00 to 14-00.
3. Reception is carried out without prior appointment in the order of priority of the application. Out of turn, officials are accepted (police officers, prosecutors, etc.) who apply to the court in connection with the performance of their official duties.
4. Upon admission, it is necessary to present an identity document, for representatives - a power of attorney.
5. Reception is carried out by assistant judges in accordance with a schedule approved by the president of the court.

Personal reception of citizens and representatives of organizations in the Salavat City Court is conducted by the chairman of the court (in his absence, a deputy), a consultant on issues not related to the essence of specific criminal, civil and administrative cases considered by the court (organization of activities courts, complaints against the actions of judges and employees of the court apparatus, not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeals against judicial acts, the implementation of procedural actions, etc.).
